When and how do I get my eBook(s)?
When you purchase an eBook, the eBook (a pdf) will be sent to your email. Just download the file and save it; print it if you want. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive your email right away.
How much time do I have to download my eBook(s)?
You have three opportunities to download your eBook. If you have trouble or it doesn't work (there's a computer glitch--ugh) please contact us at 706-623-4433, or char_boshart@yahoo.com.
What is the shipping cost for paperback books?
Shipping is free within the continental United States and Hawaii. For all other orders, there is a $25.00 surcharge.
What is your return policy?
Customers who return physical books will receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee. And, except for special circumstances, ebooks may not be returned or refunded.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Do you sell paperback books in bulk, or to bookstores?
Yes, we do. For orders of 10 or more for a single title, we offer a 10% discount. Please contact us at 706-623-4433 or char@speechdynamics.com to arrange bulk book orders.
